This new partnership will test the effectiveness of Restb.ai’s photo-based artificial intelligence models in the Canadian real estate market and determine the ways in which A.I. can enhance the property search experience. The companies have already conducted a preliminary analysis of more than 2 million photos within the Greater Toronto Area that has demonstrated promising results for leveraging artificial intelligence that will enable users to more efficiently discover and find properties.
